DELIVERY AND CANCELLATIONS

Grip Auto ships worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners. All watch orders are sent via a tracked service where available. Your tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch of your order.

Depending on your country, you may be liable for customs fees or import taxes upon import. These are payable by you - please take this into consideration prior to purchasing if applicable. We advise to consult your local customs website for further information.

COMPLAINTS TERMS

It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods / products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered, you must also contact us within 30 days from receiving the product.

Any complaints must be made to our customer service through our contact form on the contact page. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly. Same applies for returns. Defective products returned to Grip Auto should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit. Grip Auto has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund. In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults, Grip Auto will send the product back to the customer.

LIABILITY

Grip Auto responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. Grip Auto bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.

RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item. 

To return a product, please contact us first. Products returned without first contacting us will not be accepted as returns and no refund will be issued.

The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return and full refund to be made.

All refunds are processed in Australian Dollars and we are not responsible for any shifts in currency exchange rates between purchase and refund (for international orders).

Kindly note that you may be subject for the shipping expenses in returning this package to us.

Grip Auto does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
